Michael Selvyn Mnisi is the founder and Managing Director of the firm. The firm was established on the 1st of March 2016. Currently with 3 Candidate Attorneys.
The Director went to high school at Deutsche Schule Pretoria and Studied Bachelor of Laws at Unisa while working full time at Absa Bank as a Bank teller.His legal career started as a Candidate Attorney at Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr in Sandton and subsequently completed his Articles of clerkship at Strauss Daly Attorneys in Pretoria in 2011. He also completed a Certificate in Compliance Management in 2014 from the University of Johannesburg.
He subsequently joined the FSB as a Legal Analyst dealing with compliance management. In 2014 He joined OA Moloi Attorneys in Kempton Park as an Associate and resigned in 2016 to establish MS Mnisi Attorneys. He was admitted as Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2012.

He subsequently joined the GAUTENG DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND RULAL DEVELOPMENT (GDARD) where he served as an Appeals Administrator/ Junior Legal Administrator/Litigation Officer within the Corporate Legal Services of the department. He was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2018. He joined MS MNISI ATTORNEYS in 2018

He studied LLB at University of Venda and completed in 2014.Attended the school for practical legal training (PLT) in Johannesburg in 2014.
He subsequently joined OA Moloi attorneys in 2015 where he served his articles of clerkship. Upon completing his articles he secured employment with Manngwe Mining (Pty) Ltd in Brits as a company secretary.In January 2018 he joined MS Mnisi attorneys as a paralegal.
